Hello, I am Jarell, or Coach Rell & I am an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer.

I was born and raised in a small town in Colorado, just outside of Colorado Springs. I have been in Sports & Fitness for over 20yrs.

I have experience in Basketball, Football, Wrestling, Track & Field, Boxing, and even Baseball. 

I am not sure who I would be if it weren't for my wife and for sports.
